While schools are closed, this is a great time to have your kids stuck at home start an in-ground or container garden and/or raise some chicks to lay eggs. We are starting our 4-H Garden and Chicken Project to be an at-home experience with online support from our 4-H Agent.

Youth will have engaging activities on a Google Classroom module to complete that will allow them to learn about raising chickens or planning and planting a garden. Adults in the home will be tasked with helping their kids to make this a great experience!
